Before Palm Harbor became home, we moved through different places, different seasons, and different chapters - from New Jersey to New York, back to New Jersey, and eventually to Florida. We have also spent years traveling, experiencing different cultures, and learning how much a place can shape the way you live.

We had been coming to Florida's west coast for years before we ever moved here.
Like many people, we were drawn to the Tampa Bay area because it offered so much of what we wanted - lifestyle, access, weather, energy, and opportunity.
But Palm Harbor stood out quietly.
At first, it felt like a hidden gem. The more we looked into what would make sense for our family, the more Palm Harbor kept revealing itself. It had the local feel we wanted, the comfort of real neighborhoods, and access to the kind of lifestyle that made us want to stay.
We have now called Palm Harbor home for six years and counting.
